He has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Auditing, Risk Management and developing Management Information Systems, covering a wide range of activities in many countries. Since July 2008 he has been appointed as Director, Group Internal Audit Department & Acting Director, Group Risk Management Department of Islamic Development Bank (IDB). Prior to that he was Division Chief, Operational and Market Risk in Risk Management Department of IDB. Prior to that he was Section Head, Treasury Liquidity Portfolio in the Risk Management Department, Officer in Charge, Project Section in Finance Department, IDB, and as Disbursement Officer. Before his appointment in IDB in 1993 he worked for Ernst & Young, Kuwait and Jeddah offices as Accountant and prior to that in KPMG Hazem Hassan – Cairo, Egypt as Assistant Auditor. Mr. Ahmed Murad Hammouda has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy Major) Ain Shams University – Cairo, Egypt and is CPA (Certified Public Accountant) , USA and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) USA.

Mohammad Abdullah, age 68, was appointed the Chairman of Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad since October 1995. Mohammad is a Chartered Accountant with more that 40 years experience both in the profession and in commerce. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). Mohammad’s former appointments include being the Chairman of Coopers & Lybrands Malaysia, MNRB Holdings Berhad, Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad, Labuan Reinsurance (L)Ltd., Takaful Ikhlas Sdn Bhd, MNRB Retakaful Berhad, Negara Properties (M) Berhad, MIMOS Smart Computing Sdn Bhd and Executive Chairman of Malaysian Electronic Payment System (1997) Sdn Bhd. His other previous directorship held were in Malayan Banking Berhad, Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, MIMOS Berhad and a number of other private limited companies in the finance, IT and property development areas. Mohammad is a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of MARC.

He is highly experienced and qualified with 27 years of experience as a senior marketing and credit officer in commercial and Islamic banks. He is a Senior Director- Credit and risk Management in Bahrain Islamic Bank. Prior to that he was Manager- Credit Review Department and also in Corporate Banking in National Bank of Bahrain( NBB) . He started his career as Mechanical Engineer in Aluminum Bahrain Company. He is a Board member in Liquidity Management and the Steering committee of the centre for Islamic studies representing Bahrain Islamic Bank. He holds a degree of Doctor of Business Administration and MBA from University of Hull.

4. Mrs. Taghrid Amireh Member Assistant General Manager
Arab Islamic Bank

Mrs. Taghrid Amireh has around ( 32 ) years professional experience including ( 30 ) years in banking sector and is presently the Assistant General Manager in Arab Islamic Bank – Palestine, prior to that she held senior positions in the bank as a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Organization & Procedures. before joining Arab Islamic Bank she worked in the Financial Department in Jordan Kuwait Bank and Bank of Jordan for ( 18 ) years. Mrs Amireh has a Master degree in Economics from Jordan University.

5. Mr. Mohd Razlan Mohamed Member Chief Executive Officer
Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad

Mr. Razlan is the Chief Executive Officer of Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC), a Malaysian domestic credit rating agency. He started his career as a business analyst with ExxonMobil Production Malaysia Inc. undertaking project economic investment appraisals for the company’s upstream oil and gas projects. After 3 years in the oil and gas industry, he joined the corporate and investment banking sector which included serving in Maybank Investment Bank and Bank of America (Malaysia). During his 14-year career as an investment banking, he had accumulated extensive .experience originating and structuring a wide peripheral of corporate debt, project finance and structured finance transactions via the loan and Islamic debt capital markets. He was appointed CEO of MARC in 2007. Razlan graduated with a BSE (cum laude) degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University, USA and obtained an MBA in Finance from Rice University, USA. He is also an independent non-executive Director of HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad .

6. Mr. Abdulrahman Shehab Member Senior Vice President, Head of Operations and Administration

Mr. Shehab is a holder of Master in Business Administration, University of Hull, UK. Has over 37 years of banking experience gained in senior positions with various international financial institutions, both Islamic and conventional. He commenced his career with Habib Bank Ltd in 1973, later worked with (then) Chase Manhattan Bank, Bahrain, Bank of America, Bahrain, American Express Bank, Bahrain and Bahrain Middle East Bank, Bahrain. After a successful career with Shamil Bank of Bahrain (formerly Faysal Islamic Bank of Bahrain), he was appointed as Assistant Chief Executive Officer – Operations at Bahrain Islamic Bank in 2002, and thereafter joined Al Baraka Banking Group in May 2006. Mr. Shehab is a Board member of Banque Al Baraka D’Algérie, and Al Baraka Bank Ltd Pakistan .

7. Mr.Javed A. Callea Member Advisor

Mr. Javed Callea is a professional in the financial sector with 36 years of experience mostly in the financial institutions with certain exposure to s ervice and infrastructure sectors in Pakistan. He has held the position of Chief Executive of a leasing company for 10 years. His core areas of expertise covers leasing, development financing, project management, investment & merchant banking, strategic investment management and Real Estate. He has also served as Member Finance of Water & Power Development Authority of Pakistan where he gained experience of social, economic and financial impact of infrastructure projects. During his career he has served on the Boards of several Banks, financial institutions, industrial concerns and as the nominee director of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan on the Board of Karachi Stock Exchange. He earned his MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration in 1974, and has attended various seminars and conferences locally and internationally .

8. Mr. Lilian Le Falher Member Executive Manage
Kuwait Finance House

Mr. Lilian Le Falher has 14 years experience of Investment Banking. He is an Executive Manager of Kuwait Finance House, Bahrain, in charge of Treasury, Debt Capital Markets and Financial Institutions. He also serves on the Board of LMH, a 100% subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House, incorporated in Kuwait at the end of 2007 and whose mission is to particularly focus on the primary and secondary Sukuk market for KFH Group. As representative of KFH, he is a board member of the International Islamic Financial Market and he is the vice-chairman of its Executive Committee. Prior to joining KFH in 2005, Lilian spent 8 years with BNP Paribas holding various key positions in Europe and the Middle East. He ended his duty at BNPP as Head of Investment Products for the Middle East region, dealing extensively in Equity, Bonds and Structured Products. Lilian Le Falher holds a Master in Management (Banking and Finance) from Toulouse Business School (France) and he is a CFA Charter holder.
