IIRA is seeking to employ for specialized positions requiring highly qualified professionals.

SVP Marketing:

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a marketing strategy for achieving corporate objectives..

  • Preparing marketing plans and ensuring its implementation.

  • Carrying out marketing survey to determine customer needs and to advice on development of products and services accordingly.

  • Establishing contacts with top executives of potential clients.

  • Organize meetings, workshops and seminars to create awareness about IIRA’s services.

Job Requirement:

  • Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.

  • 10-15 years post qualification experience in financial sector, research organization or a financial sector service environment.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to interact with top executives and build relationships.

  • Self-starter and organizer.

  • Knowledge of Gulf financial sector is an advantage.

VP- Shari’a Rating Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to gather information for Shari’a Quality Rating ( SQR).

  • Conducting due diligence meeting with Clients.

  • Coordinating with the Secretariat of Shari’a Board of IIRA.

  • Preparing rating reports to be submitted to Shari’a Rating Committee.

  • Communicating decisions of Shari’a Rating Committee to clients.

  • Maintaining all data and records for all Shari’a Quality Ratings.

Job Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.

  • 8-10 years experience in financial sector or in research organization.

  • Good command in writing analytical reports, both in English and Arabic.

  • Ability to interact with top Executives and build relationships.

  • Qualification in Shari’a from a recognized university / institution will be an added advantage.

Financial Analysts

Responsibilities:

  • Post graduate qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting from reputed Universities/Institutes.

  • Strong analytical abilities for both qualitative and quantitative aspects.

  • Ability to draw conclusions from analysis and to write meaningful reports independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a minimum.

  • 5 years experience in HR management preferably in financial sector.

  • Bahrainis are preferred or Arabs.
