This Privacy governs the following websites operated by IIRA:

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Except as we disclose in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell, share, license, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy of Contacting us via e-mail, contact us, feedback or registering for IIRA online that might reveal your e-mail address and any other information you have included, such as phone number and/or mailing address. We will use this information to help us process your registration, fulfill your request or respond to your inquiry. All of your personal information will be stored in secure databases of IIRA, access to these databases are limited to authorized persons only.

In addition, IIRA Site stores a unique identification number, the username, and login status in a "cookie" on each visitor's computer. The identification number is retained and utilized to track usage of IIRA Site, while the username and login status are only used for display purposes and site functionality during the current web session.

If at any time you would like your name removed from lists that are shared for promotional reasons within IIRA or with its affiliates, simply send a written request to iira_helpdesk@iirating.org or to the officers in the 'contact us' page of IIRA.
You do not have to provide us with any Personal Data to visit our Websites. However, if you choose to withhold requested information, you may not be able to visit all sections or use all features on the Site.

In addition to Personal Data, IIRA may collect and/or track information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact you, e.g., demographic information (like age, profession or gender), domain names, computer type, browser types, and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Site. We use Non personal Data to help us understand who uses our Websites and to improve and market our Websites.

Jurisdiction

All material contained on this Site, unless otherwise indicated, is protected by laws including, but not limited to, copyright, trade secret, and trademark law, as well as other national, and international laws and regulations without regard to conflicts of law rules, and the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be specified by IIRA accordingly.
