This web site ("Site") is owned and operated by IIRA. This User Terms of Use ("Agreement") contains the terms, covenants, conditions, and provisions upon which you (also referred to herein as "User") may access and use this Site and the content, including (without limitation) the ratings and other opinions, displayed on the Site. This agreement is current as of September 1, 2006.

User agrees that they shall not directly or indirectly attempt or actually disrupt, impair or interfere with, alter, modify, resell or redistribute the Site Content or any part thereof.

As you browse through IIRA Site you may access other web sites that are subject to different terms of use. When you use those sites, you will be legally bound by the specific terms of use posted on such sites.
